After you've received a quote, you are ready to proceed with an appointment confirmation.

After Booking Confirmation
Once your deposit submission is confirmed, you will receive a follow up via text message, email, and phone call from a customer service team member.
You receive a 24 hr advanced follow up to ensure you are still ready for detail expert arrival.
Lastly, we will contact you 15-30 before departing, and 15-30 before arrival.

Deliverables & Consultation
Upon arrival, please have all personal belongings out of your vehicle, and prepare for a quick 5 minute overview of the services we will complete for the day.
Once service duration is complete you may look over your vehicle, after review is complete, payment is required.
Once payment is completed , we will provide a brief 5-10 minute consultation to address any future needs, unique offers, and our priority maintenance screening based on services provided.
Please expect a paid invoice in your inbox and a thank you from a customer service team member within 24-48 hrs after appointment completion date.
