Cleaning a business exterior involves a comprehensive and systematic approach to ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Here is a step-by-step description of the process:

1. Assessment: Before starting the cleaning process, a thorough assessment of the business interior is conducted to identify specific cleaning needs, areas that require special attention, and any potential challenges.

2. Gather Cleaning Supplies: Gather all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths, mops, vacuum cleaners, brooms, and trash bags. Ensure that all cleaning products are safe and appropriate for the specific surfaces and materials in the business interior.

3. Soft Washing: Begin by low-pressuring and using cleaning solutions to clean exterior surfaces. The cleaning solutions, include but not limited to algaecides, bleach, surfactants, and water. Using these products, allows it to settle into dirt and eat away at it from the inside. The surface is then rinsed with low-pressure water to remove the solution and contaminants, dirt, and more.

4. Wiping and Disinfecting Surfaces: Wipe down all surfaces with appropriate cleaning solutions, paying extra attention to high-touch areas such as outside trim, lighting, glass, fixtures, brick, light switches, and shared equipment. Use disinfectants to kill germs and bacteria, promoting a healthy environment.

5. Blowing and Sweeping: Blow or sweep the ground, and other outside areas like sidewalk to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Pay attention to corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas.

6. Scrubbing: Using a professional grade floor scrubber and a suitable cleaning solution. Ensure that the correct cleaning solution and pressure from machine is used, to aggressively scrub away and imbedded dirt, oils, stains, urine, odors, and more from concrete and cement, using soft pressure water to rinse away.

7. Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate glass cleaners and lint-free cloths. Ensure streak-free results for a sparkling finish.

9. Trash Removal: Empty and replace trash bags in all waste bins throughout the business interior. Dispose of the trash appropriately, following local waste management guidelines.

10. Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to ensure that all areas have been cleaned to the desired standards. Address any missed spots or areas that require additional attention.

Regular cleaning and maintenance schedules should be established to ensure that the business exterior remains clean and inviting on an ongoing basis. Additionally, it is important to follow any specific cleaning protocols or guidelines provided by the business or industry to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
