I am thrilled to have you onboard as a client. Before we get started, let's go through the terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. 

 

1. Services Offered:

The website provides various auto detailing and pressure washing services, including but not limited to car washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and home soft washing, storefront pressure washing, and more. The specific services available may vary based on your location and the availability of the service provider. 

 

2. Booking and Payment:

To book a service, you will need to provide accurate information about your requests and select the desired services. Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made through the secure payment gateway. All major credit cards and other forms of digital payment are acceptable forms of payment.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time without any additional charges. However, any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation fees are subject to the discretion of the service provider. All services require a booking deposit, based on the service type. 

 

4. Service Provider Selection:

Our website connects you to the brand, network, and amazing services. We carefully screen and select our service providers based on their expertise and client ratings. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific service provider at all times. In such cases, we will strive to find a suitable alternative.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities:

To ensure a successful service, it is important that you provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, home, and all other options within our services in its entirety, including any specific requirements or concerns. You are responsible for ensuring the availability at the scheduled service time and providing access to water and electricity, if required.

 

6. Quality Assurance and Disputes:

ALR Touch strives to maintain a high standard of service quality. If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding the service, please contact within 48 hours of the completion of the service. ALR Touch will work closely with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.

 

7. Liability:

ALR Touch cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of our service. Our role is to facilitate the service requested between the client  and the provider, and we encourage clients to communicate directly with regarding any concerns.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY SERVICES?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Yes, same day services are offered.

 

To maintain client satisfaction, and superior client service it is recommended to request an appointment in advance.

Same day services are double the price, so based on your need, it is up to you.

Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Visa, Crypto, Mastercard, and American Express.

Major Debit and Credit Cards.

DO YOU COME TO ME?

Yes, ALR Touch is a fully equipped travel based system, which means the service comes to you, servicing San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.

 

National Services are also offered.

 

 There may be a few restrictions or principles that may need to meet based on where you live. Nevertheless, ALR Touch will do the best to schedule you in.
